HD Ledshine, specialized in large LED screens of high quality, looks back on a well-filled summer: “The summer of 2021, together with the summer of 2020, we can undoubtedly call ‘the drive-in summers’. Besides of course Kinepolis on Tour, for which we were the proud LED supplier and successfully supplied one of our 144m² 4K mobile screens (the largest mobile screens in the world) for 3 months, a lot of companies, towns and municipalities also discovered the drive-in formulas.” informs Julie De Schrijver, general manager.

Already in 2020, drive-in events were gaining popularity. Companies exchanged the staff party or end-of-year party for a drive-in programme in order to allow everything to continue coronaproof. HD Ledshine provided for several projects besides LED screens also other accessories such as sound via FM frequency, stage and power supply as one central point of contact and in collaboration with partners. “Besides the various outdoor films and drive-in projects, large and small, there was of course also the European Football Championship, where we provided LED in 14 locations. Fortunately, everything is starting to lean towards normal again and the sporting events are also coming back to life with an audience.” For example, HD Ledshine was also a supplier at Ypres Rally last summer. “Furthermore, we provided LED screens during the opening of the new port in Calais, we had a few projects in Paris and there were open-air opera performances in the Hippodrome of Nantes where once again one of our 144m² mobile screens was used and could also count on very enthusiastic reactions!”. – Julie De Schrijver, general manager.

In addition to the nice review of the past few months, HD Ledshine is also looking forward enthusiastically to the autumn of 2021 and spring of 2022. They invested in brand new indoor LED that can be used especially all round. The big advantage of our new stock is that, in addition to the fine pixel pitch, it offers many possibilities. Even 90° angles or curved designs are no problem at all. We insist on being able to respond quickly to the demands of our customers and therefore we have a large number of square meters that can be delivered directly from stock.
